All shipping is handled with The Courier Guy. You can track your order with the tracking link that we send you.

Exchange & Returns

  • Please note we strictly don’t do refunds
  • Requests to exchange must be made 48hours after receiving the hair,
  • One exchange per order
  • Wildling Wigs will not accept a return of hair that has been used, washed or lace has been tempered with.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept hair that has been worn.
  • Customer is responsible for courier charges to and fro when an exchange is facilitated.
  • Returns older than 10 days will not be accepted.
  • Clear stock collection wigs didn't accept exchange .
